Cattery
Hi, my name is Mark Micallef. Welcome
to Monarch Persians. In 2000, I established a
small cattery where I specialize exclusively in
the bicolor and van Persian, in both dominant
and dilute patterns. My aim is to produce healthy
Persians with a sweet open extreme expression
that conform to the breed standard. Currently
I am working with world renowned lines such as
Diand, Vickits, PaJean, Bolo, Beaudee, Marhei,
Lexus, Framor and Artemis. Recently I have added
the Harwood, Sugarspun and Noblessa lines. My
cats are all FELV, FIV, FIP and PKD free.
Our cats are used to living in a home type environment,
they are an important part of our family. I do
not keep more that eight breeding adults at any
point as I like to give each cat plenty of attention.
Our kittens are used to being handled from very
early in life. They get plenty of socialization
from myself, my wife Ross and our three daughters,
Sarah, Claire and Martina.
